IQOS Warranty

  • The device warranty covers damage for manufacturing faults as long as it iswithin the warranty period and the instructions for use described in the User's Guide have been followed.
  • To make your guarantee effective you must deliver the device, it does not cover losses or theft.
  • If you need to make your guarantee effective, please go to one of our IQOS points of contact or contact the IQOS Customer Service Center (+1 809-200-4767).
  • Once the evaluation of the product has been carried out (IQOS Customer Service Center or IQOS Points of Sale), if the warranty applies, the device will be replaced with a completely new one or the defective part will be replaced.
  • For limited editions  the replacements will be made until the stock expires, if this happens a totally new device but of Navy or White color will be delivered.
