IQOS WarrantyThe device warranty covers damage for manufacturing faults as long as it iswithin the warranty period and the instructions for use described in the User's Guide have been followed.
To make your guarantee effective you must deliver the device, it does not cover losses or theft.
If you need to make your guarantee effective, please go to one of our IQOS points of contact or contact the IQOS Customer Service Center (+1 809-200-4767).
Once the evaluation of the product has been carried out (IQOS Customer Service Center or IQOS Points of Sale), if the warranty applies, the device will be replaced with a completely new one or the defective part will be replaced.
For limited editions the replacements will be made until the stock expires, if this happens a totally new device but of Navy or White color will be delivered.
