TEMPORARY CLOSING IQOS OF DIRECT POINTS OF SALE, DEVICE CLEANING AND MORE.
The health and safety of our community is important to us. With a sense of responsibility towards our store employees and customers, and with the aim of helping to prevent the further spread of COVID-19, we are temporarily suspending the operation of IQOS direct points of sale and home delivery service.
In the meantime, We invite you to verify authorized points of sale that are currently working (grocery stores, supermarkets, fuel stations). On this MAP you will find the nearest store. Also you can use the app Pedidos Ya to make orders.

How to sanitize your IQOS?
Wipe the outside of the Pocket Charger, the Holder and the associated accessories with a wipe containing 62% – 71% ethanol. Dispose of the used wipes in a bin.
Next, thoroughly clean the blade, the inside area of the holder surrounding the blade and the whole extractor with the dedicated IQOS cleaning sticks. Dispose of the used sticks in the bin with the wipes.
